Meet Maja Schreiner
One always reads about the few women in the tech sector. Not at bwomen, for example Maja - an ambitious and successful entrepreneur with a profound tech background.
With Sharing Tribe, she founded her own company and brings together companies and candidates for flexible working models, part-time jobs or job sharing. Please find enclosed the member profile of Maja.
Who is Maja Schreiner?
I am a mom of two wonderful girls and now a businesswoman and owner of Sharing Tribe. I have 20 years of hands-on experience in IT and a proven track record in software development, software testing, QA, agile leadership, and product development and management.
Who or what shaped you the most for your professional career?
Those were definitely my parents who always believed in me and introduced the "You Can Do It" attitude since I was an elementary school student. Honestly, the times were tough in Serbia and ex-Yugoslavia when I was growing up and finishing my University studies and I didn't have much of a choice but to work hard and keep going. Mastering those many challenges has shaped me for my whole professional career.
Why are you a bwomen member?
I enjoy networking and connecting with like-minded people in general. I am also a huge fan of women's networks and believe that with leveraging this community's power we can become stronger together and shake up the workplace and society as a whole.
On which topics can other members contact you and where?
I am happy to talk on all IT, digital transformation and agile leadership topics where I can bring an added value.
On other hand, I would especially love to hear from members who would like to share their experiences around work & life harmony and would be willing to learn more about job sharing and top sharing.
My company Sharing Tribe brings together companies and candidates in flexible working models, like part-time and job-sharing, by matching them into an ideal fit for the role requirements.
As a result, we solve companies' problems in recruiting and retaining the right qualified talents and help them achieve their diversity and inclusion goals.
Candidates have a trusted place to find their ideal job and build their confidence in their worth.
